Only for current members
Must have clear, legible pdfs, or jpegs of receipts to upload in Google form when completing- along with using the correct last name of student-athlete as listed on the Athlete Spreadsheet.
Current active members have until January 14, 2026 to submit all receipts and expenses from the 2025 calendar year.
Eligible expenses must be dated between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
